Safe Moms Class

Free for pregnant women and new moms*

Free class for pregnant women and mothers of young children. Topics include choking hazards, car seat safety, safe sleep, prenatal care, nutrition and vitamins, breastfeeding, your baby’s health, wellness exams, and mental health.

*Open to moms with children up to one-year-old.
